The game, the contest and your data

Our store is still being built. The barrel game is here to keep you busy until it opens. Here is how the contest works and what we do with your email, in plain words.

The contest

• Play as often as you like. Only your best score counts.
• To appear on the board, post your score with a nickname and an email address. One entry per email address.
• The contest ends on Friday 9 October 2026 at 23:59 (Brussels time). Whoever is at the top of the board at that moment wins a surprise.
• We contact the winner by email.
• Scores that were not made by actually playing are removed.

Your data

• What we keep: your nickname, your email address, your best score and the date you posted it.
• What everyone sees: your nickname and your score. Your email is never shown.
• What we use it for: running the contest, contacting the winner, and sending you Teakoz news by email: the store opening, new drops and offers. We do this because you ticked the box when you posted your score.
• Who uses it: only Teakoz, with the email service that sends our news for us. We never sell your email. It is kept on our own server, hosted in Switzerland.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete your data, or to leave the board, message us on Instagram at @teakoz.official.
• You can also raise a concern with the data protection authority of your country.

On this device

• The game remembers your nickname, your email and your best score in your browser, so you do not have to type them again.
• Visit counting: if you say OK to the banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the game is played (games started, scores posted, clicks to our socials). It sets cookies and sends this to Google. If you say no, nothing is sent and the site works just the same. Nothing is used for advertising. Change my choice
